ESKADENIA Software actively participates in INJAZ Job Fair
ESKADENIA Software, Amman, Jordan, May, 2009

“Link2Job City 2009” provided a convenient location for job seekers to meet employers from 80 different companies and perform first interviews and interact with various recruitment agencies and employers.

At the event, students and job seekers had the chance to meet with ESKADENIA Software representatives and get interviewed on the spot. During the two-day event, ESKADENIA’s team also managed to spread more awareness about the company’s type of business, its culture, and values. The job fair also included workshops conducted by professionals in the job market.

Participating in INJAZ Job fair gave us a chance to meet face to face with fresh graduates from different Jordanian Universities. It also allowed us to evaluate applicants’ communication and interpersonal skills by observing the way they present and introduce themselves. This is our second year in a row to participate in INJAZ Link 2 City job fair, and this year’s participation comes with the support of SABEQ who has demonstrated important contributions to the development of Human Resources in the ICT sector”, said Salam Fakhoury, Human Resources Manager at ESKADENIA Software.

INJAZ was announced as a Jordanian non-for-profit organisation by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah in 2001 after being launched by Save the Children in 1999 with funds from the USAID.
INJAZ provides unique courses that focus on entrepreneurship, leadership, problem solving, and social skills. Professional volunteers from both the private and public sectors conduct these courses, where the dynamic interaction between students and classroom volunteers, who have practical business experience, promotes active learning and brings theory to life.
A main pillar at INJAZ, Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah II, has shown great interest and support since the inception of the programme. Her continuous and abundant support took many shapes; she volunteered to conduct some courses, participated in the student discussions and debates, and launched the INJAZ initiatives. Throughout the years, Her Majesty has been a partner that INJAZ is honoured to have.
